Confused Between Accenture and Genpact Offers

Hi all,

I’m really struggling to decide between two offers as a lead/senior position in Salesforce Development : 1. Accenture: 21 LPA fixed + 26.6 LPA variable, joining on 23rd Dec, no project assigned yet (allocation/need to give interviews after onboarding). 2. Genpact: 23.5 LPA fixed, no variable, hired for a specific project, WFH allowed with occasional office visits. joining date not confirmed

I’m confused about which to choose, considering career growth and work-life balance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your help!
