Which company would be better to Join Deloitte india / hCL tech/Capgemini

I am having offers from

1. Senior consultant Deloitte india with 26 lpa fixed (including gratuity) and including variable & insurance it's 29.1

2. Lead consultant HCL with 27.5lpa fixed ( including gratuity) + 4 lakh variable. Total 31.5 CTC

3. C2 manager band Capgemini with 28 lpa fixed + 3lakh variable total 31lpa

Please suggest which one should I join. I am from sap ABAP + successfactor background
