Which company would be better to join Deloitte india or HCL TECH

I am having offers from

Deloitte india with 26 lpa fixed (including gratuity) and including variable & insurance it's 29.1
HCL with 28lpa fixed ( including gratuity) + 4 lakh variable.

Please suggest which one should I join. I am from sap ABAP + successfactor background
