I have two offers EY india (Data Science Consultant) and Deloitte USI (ML/AI Engineer Analyst level). Need help in decision making which would be better for future career perspective, growth, learning and hopefully in abroad job search.
Currently having an offer from Deloitte India in Manager role and another one from Rolling Arrays as Lead Consultant. Rolling Arrays offer is 3L higher in fixed.
Any suggestions which one to choose?
