Capgemini is offering 199000 All fixed. No variable and no joining bonus
Deloitte has 2 days a week hybrid Capgemini has 12 days a month hybrid that comes around 3 days a week
Which one looks better?
No for Capgemini. No growth, shady compensation plans.
