Culture at Masai

My friend has a job offer at a senior level at Newton school, but we are a bit skeptical about the culture at institutions like these. Can anyone who is a current or ex employee tell about their culture and about their founders?

I've applied for moengage, but after reading over Glassdoor it seems like the culture has become too bad these days, can someone share their experiences.
