More inadequate housing being commissioned

If basic needs are met why will a human work hard. How long can this scheme run? Andra pradesh Govt is bankrupt and economy is slowing there. What are your views? I feel rich can always move abroad, it's the middle class who may get hit the most.

I was thinking about this few days back...Today a swiggy employee validated my thoughts so posting here. Layoffs are mainly in cream jobs(20-30% which is hardly 2-3cr source tax web) and in India mainly home loans or highly consumable loans like car or PL are taken by White collars...As per labour law, we ain't protected like in Korea. So, if someone or let's say a major chunk loses his or her job then how the system will absorb this default? Some data... Fy23 Home loan Size is 20 lac crore or $250B (15% of total loans disbursed by amount) 2030 it's about to touch $1T Cagr 23% in HL growth 📈 What if defaults rise in dual digit? Plus exorbitant hike in flat price like literally greater Noida West have 5lac unsold flat but still 10lacs worth flats are being sold at 40-50lacs (poor quality and seelan issues after a month) PS - Usa and China have seen this. (2008 and ongoing in China)

After getting a bunch of 'buy a house' advice from my in-laws over the weekend, I decided to fire up magicbricks to check prices in Bengaluru. My browsing ended within 5 mins seeing just how much the prices have risen in last 1 year A 3BHK that used to cost 2.3 Cr last year is now 3.7 A 2BHK that used to cost 1.8 Cr last year is now 2.7 These are two houses I had earmarked for sometime later when I would have more money WTF is happening in BLR

Money is everything? Isro pays 60k-95k to fresher engineers... Still IITians are not joining. Slogging for Western Mnc is the only desire of IITians? Don't take this post negatively but think hard and put your views. We all agree that India is doing great at this point of time but no one , literally no one is talking about the danger future we have in front of us in coming years. Below points need immediate attention and action 1) Huge water crises in all the major cities and it will only get worse each year. 2) Corruption still relevant in almost all government works from land registration to traffic fines to railway ticket fines, you name it. 3) We really need one child policy for some years now otherwise we can't imagine how dark the future is in all terms, from food to employment to natural resources. 4) Almost every food product from oil, ghee, butter is contaminated and the quality is just getting worse, to meet demand and to increase profits. Also corruption here. 5) The weather is just getting worse because of all the concrete jungles we have created and this will also get worse , thanks to our never ending population explosion. Barack Obama rightly said recently that we should focus on improving the health of earth rather than finding life on Mars. Earth will still have oxygen even after nuclear energy wars. Sometimes I really think that we need real Thanos , who is the only one who can help solve these problems.

Do people really get a job post completion of upskilling courses?

- rainfall has reduced - > 70% lakes have dried up/covered up by builders - its not even feb and there is shortage of water everywhere. There are people literally carrying jugs of water on their head like villages if you head out after evenings. - brigade/sobha/prestige societies with flats > 1.5 cr have put out notices with water supply being cut for more than 6 hours everyday, wtf is Bangalore real estate really - water supply here was really bad initially ( hard water, polluted water) but the water shortage in feb only is really worrisome. I want to understand homeowners/aspiring homeowners - how are you planning for this? Are You even worried about this?
