Feeling LOST

I've been working for just over a year after graduating from college. I'm pretty happy with my prof life but I feel a sense of being lost and purposeless. After wrapping up things related to work I don't feel the motivation to do anything else. I've been staying in a new city where I hardly know anyone. What do I do?

My friend used to keep cracking interviews and would never join. This was his way of escape. Just get someone to spend time with who aligns with you in some way. Will help you out a lot.

Ah .. the culture shock. Been there too. Nothing can be done.. after another 1 or 2 years you will get used to it. You need to become numb. That will happen only with time. The cheapest alternative is to apply for jobs and attend interviews. Ask for ridiculous hike. They will say no and if anybody agrees then you can evaluate. Or ask for normal hikes get the offer letter and do not turn up on the joining date.
