Termination during notice period and experience letter

Hi guys, I have a question, I'm serving 3 months notice period of which 3 weeks I have served. I resigned because the project is complicated and deadlines are strict which was causing stress and bad mental health for me. My question is that if I do my best, but because of complexity, not able to deliver work , can the company fire me and if they do, can they hold my experience letter, I don't care about money, I just want the experience letter, I'm even ready to buyout notice but I don't think they will agree, they want to suck me dry till last day even though I have told, the project is too complicated and I'm not getting it. If I maintain good behaviour and show up, but even after doing my best if I can't deliver, can they do something with experience letter?

Sun bhai/behen, chill! Firstly , nothing is going to happen with your experience letter. Secondly,don’t go for buy out crap, kyu extra paisa dena hai. Thirdly, companies during notice period won’t be expecting much. so whatever you going to deliver it’s a bonus.Just ensure to complete the handover for good karma. Baaki relax , enjoy, smoke MJ coz you are out of that shit. And yes they can’t do shit to your release letter.

Thanks, I am kind of scared, it's just that these guys are getting a lot of money from this client and that's why they are going crazy. Even though I told them I'm not confident, it's too complicated and that's why I resigned. Still they didn't relieve me and on my notice also they are creating pressure. I was just scared if they get angry because I can't deliver, what will they do to me. It's the first time in my life I have seen such toxicity.

Performance in notice period

Hey guys, I'm on notice period and I left my job because of the bad conditions and unhelpful team and messed up mental health. I have 2 months notice which started 3rd july I wanted to know can the company do anything if my performance in notice period is bad. Basically if I get the work, I'll try to deliver but 8 won't be messing up my mental health if I'm not able to deliver. I plan to simply say that, sorry i tried but I'm not able to figure it out. If someone helps me its fine and if not then I'll continue to say it. Can the company do anything if I keep a good behaviour and not deliver tasks.

Can we deny working on new stuff in notice period and just focus on KTs ? Or are we bound to work on whatever is thrown at you while serving notice. I am going to decline new work, what implications it can have?

90 Days notice period is illegal

I work in an MNC and the notice period is 90 days. due to this, my opportunities became narrower. Three recruiters directly told me they want candidates who can join in 30 days. Irony is those same companies posting linkedin urgent hiring.

HR asked me to discontinue without severance

Hey Grapeviners, Need a professional help. So yesterday my HR reached out to me saying they want me to discontinue the job immediately because they are focusing on cost cutting. While they are hiring team of interns to do the task and eliminating full time employees. I want to know what are the options available to me as they are not giving any notice to terminate the job while it has written in employment letter that any one of us has to give 30 days notice in written or if I don’t give notice then I have to pay 3 months salary. Based on the agreement can I ask severance package if they immediately discontinue? What will be the better payment to ask in this scenario? What will be the pros and cons in this situation and how to proceed further?

Company terminating without notice or severance

I was working in a toxic environment, which should be a separate post, too long to explain here, tldr, I was put in pip, and then I resigned and put my notice, I like a responsible employee started finishing off my projects and tasks, giving KTs to other folks and junior. but now after this my company is saying ur lwd is 2 days from now, when in my contract notice is 2 months, HR says company has the right to waive off notice period without paying severance. What can I do currently, I don't have any job back up, so have to be unemployed for a while without any severance. Is this legally right from company sides, what possible things can I do currently?

Mentally Torturing In Notice Period.

Currently serving NP in Capgemini but since I have joined this project back in Jan, since then management is torturing me as I confront them for biased situation since starting. But now as I am serving they are torturing in every possible way, giving much work load though others are enjoying. What if I clearly say that I won’t do new work, I will only give KT as I am NP so what could be consequences? Will they mention anything wrong in my experience letter or give me any character certificate? Please share your thoughts, really need advice as can’t take torture now :(
