Data Engineer III salary @ Walmart Global Tech???

What all should I expect in Walmart Global Tech's HM discussion for Data Engineer 3 role ? And how much salary should I expect for this role?

I have total 3.4 YOE and my current compensation is 11.4LPA(all fixed) and I have an offer in hand with the value of 26LPA(20 fixed + 10% variable + stocks + Others).
