Frustrated and Stressed: Mind Fog
For the last 2 months I have been trying to go to the gym and take care of my health but every week something or the other comes up and I'm working more than 14+ hrs sometimes. 12 hrs is average. Every time something is going on in my mind around my work or performance or layoffs and a lot of things. I'm frustrated. Can somebody tell me what should be the best way to handle this? Because of this I have high anxiety and also not getting proper time for personal life. I also feel a lot demotivated sometimes , thinking that why I'm working till 2am and for what?
Take a long vacation, jitna possible ho, do everything out of your routine( talk to randum people if you are introvert, try new food , change your clothing style,do some intoxication of you into it , do a 20 km Trek if you are lazy, do 100 pushups if you can't go to gym).
I did solo trips it helped me to do everything.
And you can come back to your monotonous work but with lots of new experiences and memories.
Because there is very big world outside of the company laptop screen.
Everyone goes through same phase. If there is a will there is way.
Do 1% better than yesterday either it’s work or workout. Be consistent and disciplined in your daily life.

Get a good shrink. Then get a long vacay.
Start with a general walk in your apartment or around your neighborhood, this goes a long way to help you health and workout wise .....rest you would slowly figure out

You have to break the pattern, do some things that you would never do. Vacation and Vipasana are definitely helpful, but if you don’t have that much time , just start by taking a day off.
Burnout is just life’s way of telling you that you need to change your situation. Take time to reassess, from the sound of it - you’re not in a tough financial situation. Don’t think too much about what’s the right ‘next move’ for your career. Life is much more than your job.

You need to push yourself to the gym. Its hard to do that everyday, that is why it builds up confidence when you eventually can push yourself. All that anxiety about layoffs is because of lack in confidence in your personal capability. Once you know, you will be fine whatever haooens with your job (or comfort zone), that will go away.
Gym is what makes you develop that mental callous to go out of that comfort zone. Push and push harder !
Optimize your work day eg: you may be wasting time in shallow tasks and meetings
Lift heavier weights, challenge yourself, helps with anxiety
