I joined a good startup 5 months back. They hired many interns in the team. I joined it with the hope of getting ppo. Now, I am getting to know that j will not get ppo. PPO was around 15 lpa. Also this stratup has no WLB,literally 0. You get very less time to do anything rather than work Now I am getting another offer from startup giving around 30k month and PPO of 10 LPA. should I join the new intern and leave the previous one. What will it have impact on my resume. I am 2025 batch. Can someone guide me about it?
I mean this is the best thing about being an intern, no commitments. If you think it's good for you, go for it
You only become intern during first 1 two years of your career or after you masters.
