Do companies need HR?

Do you have the same opinion ?

My take on this:

1. They are management mouthpiece, no opinion of their own and cannot help in case an employee arises a concern.
2. They don’t reply to email or teams chat unless I add their manager in cc.
3. They dont have any answers to our question and instead ask us to talk to our reporting manager.
4. Recruiters are not HR.
