Do you apply to jobs manually?

I’m going through the process of job applications on LinkedIn, naukri and multiple other platforms and it’s very tedious to apply them manually onebyone each asking same repeated questions. Some even ask for creating an account and stuff.

It’s so tiring, boring and irritating….

Is there an automated way to do all this ? How do you all do it ?

From my experience it’s luck.

People here are getting calls from all the product based companies and within a few weeks of interviewing they get the job, without much effort.

But on the other hand, people here are calling emailing messaging every person out there and barely getting 1-2 interviews per week and still then will face rejection due to notice period or expected ctc.

If you are prepared enough to crack interviews then
It’s all luck !
