Do you really think

Hey guys just for casual asking, what do you guys really think about our IT culture in India specially the Indian IT sectors. I mean if someone is having 3 4 year if they switch they got 200% salary hikes in which we are struggling for long time to get a switch atleast........ Why the work culture gets worse and why we need to switch, and why there is a hidden competition for salary, there was a time we barely disclose our salary and lifestyle, but today I mean literally I see even in grapevine people are disclosing openly and creating a competition and let us feel low that we can't get those

I mean I'm really happy for them but instead of getting attention why don't you guys share a path and share actual struggle, like the money management in your initial days, how did you actually got this job etc etc
