Does Pine Labs provide ESOP?

Can someone confirm this ? If yes can you say the minimum designation to get ESOP?

A friend of mine who is a senior engineer there does have ESOPs. Not sure about current policy you should ask HR

They don’t provide esop to low level employees. Only above Director level

Are you sure ? I saw a post where a 3YOE guy talked about the ESOP component in his offer letter.

they have esop policy...started being bit conservative in last 2 years or so.

For existing employee they have provided esops who were performing well and being good lickers
