A friend of mine who is a senior engineer there does have ESOPs. Not sure about current policy you should ask HR

They don’t provide esop to low level employees. Only above Director level

they have esop policy...started being bit conservative in last 2 years or so.

For existing employee they have provided esops who were performing well and being good lickers
