Dress code Policy in TCS

Hi Guys,

Does TCS still strictly follow full formal dress code policy in its India offices..? What is the norm now in 2024..?

Nope. Full black suit, with blue ties. Ironed white shirt. Buck shined black shoes.
Thinkpad laptop with touch screen and a touch pen to scribble on the laptop should be ready too.

As per policy only on fridays . But i do see people dressed casuals on other days .
