Switch technology from QA automation

Currently working as a support engineer. Want to switch for high lpa. Please suggest me which technology to aim for?

Any suggestion please? I am working as Automation Qa having 4 years of exp.

Honestly, I only work with excel and some other small tools for performance engineering in Mainframe. I wanna switch to a new tech within 6 months. Any suggestions. It's urgent ,please post your thoughts.

Software QA(Automation) having 3 yrs of exp with Salary 12LPA , thinking of switching to Backend dev role . Although here are my few queries : 1. Is QA domain good in long run with respect to salary . 2. Will Dev role be difficult to adapt , as i have exp in development but only in writing test scripts . 3. How much should i expect the staring dev salary to be as compared to my current CTC ? 4. Is it a good switch , say if i stay in QA domain for 2 more years then i guess CTC would be around the ball park of 18 - 20 LPA . But if i switch to dev and gain 2 years of exp will it be able to match the salary of QA ? Thanks in Advance

Short version:-So guys I am working as an automation tester wanted to switch to Development? Long version:- So i joined my current company as fresher.Had basic knowledge of java then was trained on java spring boot Microservices devlopment. Then put on bench for about 5 month(i actually wasted that time).Now got a project I do automation using python and selenium.I don't like doing it . So now I want to switch to development. Confused should i learn Django, Node js or should stick with java spring only. I am more inclined towards django as now i write automation script in python. And i personally feel it to be better then java (maybe cause it is easier to write).But i don't know market trends. That's why guidance needed.Thanks in advance
