Early release help

Need help!!

I asked early release from company. Notice period is 90 days but I want to leave in a month and willing to buyout notice period. But my manager is not approving. I have reason. I am relocating due to medical emergency in family and to take care of wellbeing of them. What should i do.? I am thinking to escalate issue to hire level but thinks that they are all supporting each other.

Send them a proof of medical emergency The only problem is that you're also saying that the new company is willing to buyout notice so that proof won't work. Sounds like a double advantage move of salary and medical emergency but it should likely work.

I have sent medical documents to manager in WhatsApp, she is giving me Work from home till my notice period ends. But it is not possible for me to work. Should I escalate this to her boss.
