I recently got an offer from early stage startup with a paycut from my current salary. Currently I am working at a MNC with monotonous work and learning. Should I join the startup?

be very careful here, not all early stage are good, just because you see that your work will make a difference you should not join, do join if it will be valued more too, currently myself in a situation where I have joined early stage but I dont feel I get valued enough
