Not many would like to hear but Indian parents are inherently selfish and Indian youth are critically spineless otherwise choosing between EU and this hellhole wouldn't have been a question. How would a Indian startup match with anything UKish for a kid with no baggage?
Also, to all the people who are advising to ditch this opportunity- look inwards, you deserve your life.
Its hellhole for those who earn less, with someone earning 25lac, it’s going to be a good ride comparatively to 45k in uk. Most of my friends who are in uk say you gotta make atleast 70k+ for a decent enough life. Plus crimes at all time high, a friend got looted in london as well.
Nothing wrong being selfish. Clearly an Indian with deep inferiority complex and knows nothing of the state of economy, debt, geopolitics, crimes and demographics of Europe.

Have you made cost of living calculations for UK? What seems to be the better choice?

Also take into account the tax deductions
at your age, i don’t think you should optimise for savings.
explore the world, just make sure the company in UK is decent with a good track record, a brand name helps you in switching.
you can always optimise for savings later, global exposure is something you shouldn’t miss.
go for it. good luck.
global exposure helps you with mba applications if you ever want to do one :)

Cost of living is quite high in UK, so i feel 45K GBP is less, while in India you're offered 25 ctc, so i assume base would be around 14-15, which is very good considering remote, so in my opinion you can go for startup
Reject this offer and never go to work in UK. Salaries are will always be shit and you’ll not be treated well by locals. Worked for 3 weeks in London and was called terrorist by local coz of fair skin but indian accent. Also many don’t respect you.
Slightly unrelated but could you share about how you found a job in the UK while in India? It would be really helpful.

Thanks a lot for the help
45K is very less to live in Manchester. UK is expensive plus there are lot of taxes. You'll definitely live a better life in India with 25L
