Should I move to UK?

I have 8 years experience and my current CTC is 15LPA. I am holding an offer of 22 LPA 21lac fixed and 1lac variable pay. And my manager offered me onsite UK. What is the better opportunity?

Due to financial difficulties, I couldn’t afford college in past so had to dropout. But after working in different startups for 4 years I am financially independent now. Currently, I am working as a product manager in one of the startup in India. But, all of the startups I worked for were > A series in terms of funding. Can I get a working visa in European countries or Australia? What should my next move in upcoming years? Working in some foreign based countries as a remote employee? Or should I get a working visa first in some country and then apply for remote jobs? The reason to move out from India is less pay and work life balance. I am planning to move back to India after few years of working in abroad as It would help me to save some money to venture my own startup.

I'm an SDET 3 with 9yrs of experience and working in London for the last 3 years. I've got an opportunity to change my employer which is offering a £72k package. Also, I have an offer of 28L in Bangalore city and I'm sure I can get at least a bit more than this (around 32-33L) I have a wife and a small kid and wife is also having a job here in London. Need some guidance. I am currently working in a product based MNC with a decent salary for 8 months. I am having 3 years of work experience. Recently I got an interview opportunity from a US based startup company for a SDE 2 remote role with 50% hike. What shall I do? Should I be continue working in the reputed MNC or try to switch to a startup with 50% hike and complete remote opportunity? Any help and guidance is much appreciated 🙂

Hello folks, So I got an offer from a US based product company for remote role for Product designer. This company just raised a seed funding. They don’t have any office in India but their tech team and some of the people from leadership team (CxOs) are from India. I’m confused whether to go with this offer or not. Reason: 1. Their interview process was too good to be true, it was very quick, no assignments given, they just saw the portfolio, ask some process related questions and then they agreed to give offer. 2. It’s a pure remote company with no plans to build office in India in coming future. 3. They have very small team, I’ll be working as 2nd designer only. 4. As per the current job market, I’m afraid about their future. YOE : 3yrs Hike that I’m getting is 50% Help a fellow UX designer decide whether to go with this or not.

25M, CSM role I have offers from 2 companies. Both are companies I admire and have managed them as a CSM in my current company and have excellent relationships. I’ve interviewed for both and the pay is what I expected however which one should I go with? Company A- 100% remote Company B- I admire this a bit more. When I asked for making an exception to let me do remote the founder said if I can move to Chennai for 6 months to get in sync with product/team and then go remote we can move forward. I have notions about moving to Chennai. If it was remote I would blindly select B. Confused right now which one to go with. I have some borrowed and some experienced notions about Chennai + I moved to BLR just in April 2024

I am basically confused, I really want to experience other culture in general; but for me in India I cannot experience or explore anything other than work like 24/7 availability, late night work and the current work requires me to work in US timezone and let us address the elephant in the room taxes in India, now hear me out taxes in EU are high but the benefits are good compared to India like WLB (especially being an SRE/Devops), less stressful work environment. I do not want anyone to mess with me after 6 PM post work. I feel risk >>>>>>> regret I got an admission at a University in EU region but I am seriously contemplating the possibilities ? Please leave your comments, Is anyone on the same boat ?

I'm working with a very well performing startup in India - and there is a scope for me to join Amazon Luxembourg - but the role being offered is a FTC (contract for 12 months). Now picking up a contract role and leaving my full time job in India is a dilemma that I'm not able to resolve. I've been told that performing well in amazon generally results in conversion to full time roles, or contract extensions converting into full time roles. The guy pushing my profile is a good friend/senior and will be a level above in the same team with me. I know it's a bit difficult to answer questions like this - but having all the context - what would you have done ? Background - 5 years of exp in analytics in startups in India. Earning 40+ LPA. Salary being offered in Amazon Lux - 85-95k EUR
