Can someone pls share the compensation range for grade 12 and 13 @flipkart with fixed, variable and ESOP components.

does anyone know if flipkart give esops or RSUs to their employees?

in esops you have to pay money to get them after vesting whereas RSUs are given directly upon vesting without you paying money

Received competing offers from the 2 companies and really confused about which one to join.

Numbers are in INR LPA.
