Forced to Resign from Persistent Systems

Got Meet invite from Hr, Joined the link, she asked to share the screen, Raised exit request. No time to look for other oppurtunity. This is called Silent layoff. This is happening quite offen from past 1year in Persistent . At the same time they are hiring. The way they are doing promotion in linkedin is not the same happening inside. Lots of my colleague has effected.

Dont worry. I have been laid off also in past and came out to be more successful as it taught lots of lesson. Dont loose heart. God wanted that you deserve better which is coming for you in next months. Good luck

Stay away from this toxic company. They fire for any small reason and revoke access immediately. Shitty company
