Got Meet invite from Hr, Joined the link, she asked to share the screen, Raised exit request. No time to look for other oppurtunity. This is called Silent layoff. This is happening quite offen from past 1year in Persistent . At the same time they are hiring. The way they are doing promotion in linkedin is not the same happening inside. Lots of my colleague has effected.
All those hiring and new job postings are fake and done to show the employees that we have enough jobs and project.So that existing employ get a good feel about the company.
Dont worry. I have been laid off also in past and came out to be more successful as it taught lots of lesson. Dont loose heart. God wanted that you deserve better which is coming for you in next months. Good luck
