Found a good manager for the first time!

I used to think all managers were the same: demanding, controlling, and impossible to please. Then i switched jobs and met my current boss. Ahe actually listens to us, respects our time (no calls after 6 pm!), and even encourages us to take mental health days when needed. Last week, she surprised the team with personalized thank-you notes for our hard work on a project. It’s such a small gesture but made a huge impact on morale. Honestly, working here feels like a breath of fresh air after years of toxicity.

Front end managers (all of them) in MPL are best managers. All supportive, knowledgeable and no blame game. MPL work ethics for engineering is underrated. No one talks about that
