Going to complete 1 YOE next month and don't feel like I have learned much

Working in a service based analytics firm and have been staffed in the same project since the beginning. The work fluctuates a lot but at no point I felt the work I'm doing is adding to my learning.

Thought about switching but given the current trend I'm not finding any good opportunities (Tier 2 UG Private college)

Looking for advice from experienced folks.

If you are happy with your CTC, office culture & location and you think your company and your role in project/team has potential, you should ask to your manager directly for better roles/opportunities in that project.
If not the above cases hope you are clear about "what you wanna learn". Hopefully you at least figure it out already, more or less.
You wanna change domain/company, have patience and keep on trying for jobs, you will eventually get something, have patience.

I have been very direct about the type of project I want to be in with my L1 and L2 but nothing has changed. Other aspects of the job are just okayish

Is it a big company? Are you siloed into doing very small insignificant work?
