Having a lot of stress and anxiety in life currently (see company name). What are some good options for therapy in Bangalore or online. Have tried rocket health but somehow it's not clicking. A few years back I used cult fit but they no longer do therapy it seems.

Not sure how long ago you heard good things. The company has been in crisis since last year. 4 round of layoffs, delayed salaries and more.
That sucks, unfortunately thats the case everywhere even in large mncs. Try to look for a change sometimes thats the best solution for a stressful situation
