Got an offer at Accenture AI/ML computation science sr analyst but CTC is less than my current CTC.

Hello everyone, I recently interviewed for a Responsible AI Developer position at Accenture and successfully cleared two interview rounds. I am currently working as an AI Developer at a startup in Bangalore, with a CTC of 7.2 LPA(it was 6 LPA until last month when I received a hike). I received a call from Accenture confirming that I passed the interviews. However, the package they are offering is around not even 6 LPA in-hand, which is lower than my current salary. This situation has put me in a dilemma as I have 4 years of total experience —2 years as a Coding Instructor and 2.5 years as an AI Developer. In my current role, I am involved in both product and project work, and I often work long hours, typically from 10 AM to 11 PM It’s a work-from-home setup, but my CEO frequently contacts me on weekends for updates, suggestions, and upcoming tasks. Despite the demanding schedule, I am considering Accenture’s offer because it is a well-established MNC which would be beneficial for my career. However, I have family responsibilities and need to manage a loan, so a lower salary would be challenging for me. I’ve reached out to the HR team at Accenture for further discussion, but I have not received any responses yet. I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights on how to approach this situation or negotiate better terms. Thank you . Also , according to my experience can someone help me how much should I ask?

Say NO. Lower salary makes no sense when inflation is this high. Accenture didn’t offer any hike in the last 2 years and this year folks are getting 5%, 6% hike. Accenture is totally not worth it. Say no straight without begging to increase the offer, maybe then HR will consider it.

I got an email saying there's some misunderstanding she told me they're offering me 10lpa but with all the breakout details she'll get back to me . I wanted to know if I should negotiate (will they?) or should I accept this offer. Also do u have any idea or know anyone working for the above role

Ask for 10L fixed and then whatever variable they offer (maybe 21%). Nothing less makes sense for someone having 4.5 years of experience.
