Guide me, need help

Graduated this may, got no placement from college due to my 12th percentage ( out of 4 companies coming for cybersecurity domain asked for 80%), from may till October got no response from companies applied, no one was ready to hire me or may be it was skill-certificate issue maybe can say specifically.

Got a call from a company in October, attended 3 rounds of interview, and got selected as cyber security analyst - Trainee with a basic pay. 6 months internship and then 1½ year of employment bond.

Pros-Only learning, work is for cert-ins, VAPT-web applications, api and app-sec Cons- Hr is not good, team lead is good, members are good but cto is just like owner doesn't follow protocols or company codes bring his kids to office they keep on crying and playing beside our desks, irritated by this.

What should i do, leave with the bond money or stay till bond overs. Please suggest or advice further.
