Hard time finding jobs

I am SP in Infosys, deployed on a project since day 1 and I have an experience of 1.25 years i have been applying for jobs actively since 3-4 months now each day I apply for jobs but I am not getting any interviews. Can someone give me any suggestions regarding this.
