I have seen pseudo feminism happening everywhere around which has just wasted everyone’s time and energy over debating for false narratives. Does feminism really matter or it brought any change in corporate lives. If yes then why still pay parity exist and why projects have been given on the basis of gender but not on the basis of skill and experience? What’s your take on this ?
I don’t support pseudo feminism and advantage takers; but there is lot of discrimination happening which men aren’t aware or unheard of..
at the time of in person interviews ( not sure now but pre-covid era) there are cases where interviewers have flirted & ridiculed the female interviewee..
There is still team members selection happening based on whether a woman is married, single, or is even pregnant.
The belief that women cant put in the hours if married and/ or have children.
Women cant work late hours and men can do it
Women cant stay back late in office due to safety issues / women safety policies but men will stay back to meet the project deadlines.
So my friend there are lot of unspoken hurdles. Not just always about money.
Feminism was started by Rockfeller family to break family so they can earn more from taxes and then start sexual revolution followed by pumping next generation whatever shit they want the students to study. Result is very much evident in form of gender "disease" in West where quater population dont identify as man/woman.
What you're looking at are South Delhi/Bombay content creators who most likely don't have to struggle as much as the regular woman. They whine about every little thing, better left alone.
Women historically have been abused and discriminated against which prevented them from getting any jobs hence getting tied up in abusive families with domestic violence a common place. The fact that we see discussions on women willing to not marry or asking if they should marry on this platform is proof that feminism has indeed worked since women CAN make that choice which wasn't available 20 years back(societal pressure is a whole different thing which is something men face as well in this regard).
Women are still in very early days in the corporate world, they need some sort of headstart which is done through pay parity/diversity hiring. The idea is simple when younger girls see their mothers and sisters in STEM related fields, it shouldn't look like a far-fetched dream which it mostly was 20 years back.
As for pseudo feminists or women who misuse this, they still belong to the minority. You cannot take away the benefits from the whole group because of a few.

Pseudo feminism has done more harm than good.
But that certainly doesn't mean feminism is an unwanted or unuseful thing.
You should read about the Equality and Equity difference; the real intention behind feminism is along the lines of the Equity concept.
If you think that the equity concept was not needed then you definitely need to learn more about how lots of women were being treated (or are still being treated ) in an unfair manner.
