Resignation without another offer
Have u ever resigned without any offer in hand?
If yes what was the reason and how things went ahead??
In my career of 13 years changed 5 comapnies without having offer letter in hand . It worked fine for me ... Currenty I am leaving CTS without any offer. Will chill for a month and thne join some company .
