I am having an offer from HCL (client AMAT) and Alten India (client Airbus). Both are offering the same package and I have been asked to work from the client location. I have few doubts for both the companies like can we go continuously to the office and do the remaining days from home. In terms of stability and long term perspective which one is better. Year of experience x and offered CTC is 4X. Location Bangalore for both.
dont go for hcl, they wont give a damm about employee. your growth will be paused there. from last 3 yrs they are keep on delaying the apprisals with 1% raise. now it come to a situation where the apprisal were supposed to happen in July2024 but the company is keep om delaying it and planning to release it in Jan2025. Now with this you can calculate the lost money due to this delay.

Hey guys, What would you prefer HCL or Wipro as a 10+ years of experienced employee in terms of benefits/ appraisal/ joining bonus etc,.
I'm a 2024 grad. I have two offers in my hand. One is from HCL - Graduate Engineer Trainee (ServiceNow role) - 6LPA and another is Amazon - Transport Specialist - Non IT - 3.6 LPA.
I know you guys would say opt for the highest one. But...
