Help in selecting offers

Hi,

I have two offers

  1. Amazon (BA II) - 28 fix plus First year - extra 7.5 lakh split in monthly payment Second year - extra 5.5 lakh split in 12 months.

20000 dollar stocks. (~ 17 lakhs inr) Vesting: First year 5% Second year 15% Third and fourth 40-40

  1. Flipkart (Senior business analyst) - 25 lpa fixed 4 lakh variable 28 lakh esops (4 year vesting)

YOE - 4 years This would be my 5th company so looking from a stability point as well as financial. What should I join?

5 companies in 4 years 😭 Amazon might give you a deal for less stocks and benefits for more cash in hand - I know someone who did that. If that's the case, there'll be a significant enough difference in the money to make the decision easier

@GreatAcm Since this was analytical role, it was nothing about DSA. It was 3 initial screening round which had sql hackerank test, live sql test, hr round, following which there was a 5 round loop interview which focuses on skills and leadership principles
