20000 dollar stocks. (~ 17 lakhs inr) Vesting: First year 5% Second year 15% Third and fourth 40-40
YOE - 4 years This would be my 5th company so looking from a stability point as well as financial. What should I join?
5 companies in 4 years 😠Amazon might give you a deal for less stocks and benefits for more cash in hand - I know someone who did that. If that's the case, there'll be a significant enough difference in the money to make the decision easier
