Hey folks, I am bad at taxation and wanted some help with an offer I have. What would be by pre and post tax monthly ?salary.
Breakup (monthly)- Basic: 41k HRA: 16k Special Allowance: 40k PF: 4.5k Variable: 5k
So, assuming I get all that variable, my pre tax monthly pay would be approx 1L ? How do I calculate post tax? Also, any red flags in the breakup that I need to re -negotiate?
97k pre tax as pf is not credited to account and post tax u can get 80-90k depending on tax regime u chose like old vs new.
But yes, u will get 80-90k in both cases as in hand.
