I want to know if the product managers feel this way or not 🤔
Okay, so here's what I'm seeing everywhere:
➡️ You're running a product team (maybe multiple)
➡️ Your teams are pushing experiments like crazy (which is awesome! 🚀)
➡️ But... each team is kind of doing their own thing in their own corner
And then the fun begins:
That one amazing insight from last quarter? Yeah, nobody can find it 🔍
The exec asks about test results and you're like "umm... let me dig that up" 📊
Someone starts a test and you're like "wait, didn't we try this before?" 🤔
Half your meetings are just syncing up about who's testing what 😮💨
The new PM asks about historical tests and you just sigh 😅
Like seriously, how many times have you:
Searched through 50 Slack threads
Dug through ancient Google docs
DMed 5 people asking "hey, remember that test we ran...?"
Sat in a meeting just sharing updates
