Amazon fresher's salary
Hey folks, kindly let me know if any one knows about the fresher package in Amazon mapping role for B.Sc graduate and engineering, how about the hikes and promotion after an year
Have heard some on-campus placements at Amazon going higher than 2 crores?
Is that true? If yes, what's the structure of this package?
What's the business sense behind hiring freshers at such salaries?
Just trying to understand the rationale better :)
2 crore offered that too by Amazon ? Lol
Firstly it's an international offer. Secondly it includes stocks of 4 years.
Big techs mislead people by inflating their ctc.
Hahaha, it's not the big techs that's misrepresenting the numbers. It's usually the media and then the bhaiyyas/didis
Media and didi/bhaiyas just create hype but the actual misleading numbers are given by the the companies itself.
Whenever a company goes to any tier-1 college for placement, they have to inform college's placement unit about the ctc they are offering. Based on that they get interview slots. Company paying highest gets "day 0" slots which means better quality candidates.
That's why these companies tell inflated ctc.
Must be international placement. There's no way FAANG in india pays this much
Fake
This is not true. Anyone who works at Amazon will confirm this 🤣
