Call to Application ratio is around 10%. I applied at 40 companies and got 5 calls. Most of the recruiters don’t even reply. Ghosting has become the norm now.

Getting calls but nothing after that. Most are third party calls. I've been given to submit multiple assessment and leetcode type problems but after submitting radio silence from them.
