It's impossible to fight the system in a private company. Even if you become successful doing so it usually comes with a price. You could Escalate your concern to senior leadership and seek protection from any possible retaliation. I would say, Instead of wasting your energy in dealing with these people channel your efforts into finding a new role and start making new relationships.
Maintain a log for your team, mention every work anyone does with comments!.
