Working hours at MNC (Fortune 500) MAANG

It's been a year I'm working with one company that has good name. But everymonth I have 40% of the time where I work more than 11+hrs (with food and all activities I work 16 hrs sometimes)

How do You guys balance this?

I tried balancing this but my manager and lead are telling that I'm not taking taking ownership these days. Earlier when I used to work more I delivered on time and took lot of ownership. But when I work less and do just my work or logout after 10 hrs it's affecting this.

Happened with anyone?
