How do you manage time and energy to upskill yourself apart from work?

I’m 5 years into my dev career and there are lot of things I have learned on the job. However lately I have realized I haven’t learned or upskilled myself besides what I do at work. Also what I have learned is pretty niche and does not seem to be too useful outside my current work. I have been trying to upskill myself but I don’t get the energy after work to put in hours to upskill myself.

How do you guys do it?

It's different for everyone. For me, it is a toxic work culture and a very bad WLB. I'm working 12 hours for the office and still after that I'm giving tests to switch. All because I really cannot stay any longer here. I know if I stay more, it's gonna suck the soul out of me.
So maybe some day you'll have your reasons that'll force you enough to get out of your comfort zone and do something to move out of the place you're in.
