How is Capital One (Data Labs/India)?

I'm applying for an open role there, but don't know anyone working there.

How is the culture? Is it very corporate (like banks are usually?) or more like an innovation lab (quicker projects, new tech?)

How is wlb? Any perks that stand out?

How is the leadership? Is there a risk of layoffs there in near future?
