How much time would it take for tower to communicate the decision after final round of tech interview for an experienced candidate

Hey Guys, can anyone let me know after technical interview round 2 , when i can expect the result for the same. If rejected then when i will get to know and if selected when they will let me know and what is the further process

Hi folks, after the fourth, VP round, how long does one wait until HR gets back to them with a decision? This is for an APM gig.
