Honestly is the best policy! Lol,who said that because 99% people change because of monetary reasons and yet they have to give some fake answers...
Find something which you cannot do in your current company, some sort of opportunity or platform or something. Generally thats a good enough answer for HR and Behavioural Rounds

What are your answers, if you are switching after 2-3 years, just for monetary reasons which is/are acceptable to HRs. Currently working as a Java backend developer with latest tech.
