I’m in SAP Domain and want to switch my tech stack to something more stable like Development or DevOps. I’m fed up with night shifts and rotational shifts where i work my ass off continuously monitoring the systems and doing the same repetitive work every single day!!
Please give any suggestions if I can make a switch internally, and if yes.. how??!
If anyone has done it or any ideas to switch with 3 years of experience to a different company, it would be very helpful.
