How to convert your internship into full-time

Career advice needed. Recently I moved out to Bangalore to join a startup where I have joined as an intern. During my interviews I made it evidently clear that I am looking for a full-time opportunity and would like to join only if there's potential conversion into full-time. And that's not the problem, I have completed 1 week here and by the looks of it I can be converted into full-time, that's not the issue.

All I want to ask is how can I increase my chances of actually becoming full-time because rn I feel like an invisible person here working on operational tasks and then moving out. Another reason for that is because I'm working in the Founder's office department and here I'm the only intern. My manager is usually working on business work in the field so don't really feel like disturbing him all the time.

Now I know the obvious things, "nEtWoRkInG WiTh pEeRs". I know but what does networking actually means?? Like the founders are also super approachable but then again what to talk with them, I just can't be like—hey what's up, make me full-time thank you!

Need some specific advices with actionables, I trust gv community. Help me out guysss 😭😭

for context: about company: series B funded startup also reporting profitability in the next quarter so it's not like there's not going to be money to sustain me job role - program specialist - intern (fancy name for operations management role) me - male 22yo kinda introvert if the person doesn't reciprocate same energy as me

Yea I mean I can but what exactly to do? I am actively trying to pick up different tasks with other teams but I am unsure of how effective it is for my full-time conversion
