How to deal with 90 days notice period??

The notice period scares most of the HRs and it's risky to quit without an offer, any idea or suggestions on those who had to deal with the same

I'd say, these are your options:

  1. Find a company who's okay with 90 days notice.
  2. Offer to get a replacement for yourself asap if you have someone in mind.
  3. Check for a buyout option for your notice period. Even better if recruiting company will compensate for that. Tough in this market tho.

Otherwise, don't quit unless you're super confident of your skill set. The market is pretty bad at the moment.
