How to decide if you should switch your company or continue?

Have received an offer from a start up of about 50 people, recently got funded.

My current role is APM , from past almost 2 years and while it's not perfect, Its reasonably okay.

What considerations should be taken before deciding to make the switch?

First list down what all matters to you in a job (Title, pay, profile, industry/domain, location, work culture, relocation, travel requirements / wfh etc)
Then assign weights to each factor based on how important they are for you.

Once you do this, you will have clarity on which option is better for you

You will still have to list down what all things you like about the profile. You can also note down the risks (is the company doing well, how are the founders, how much money they raised , when they raised last, how much runway they have etc)
