How to get entry level job

How to actually get an entry level job as a Software Engineer in India in this situation off campus.

Now there is rarely any offcampus opening for SDE 1 and even if there is, there are thousands of applicants for a few openings and the companies barely reply.

I'm in a very bad college with almost no campus placement, but I've done total 1+ years internship, one in reputed startup and other in a MAANG company, and still not getting any replies.

How to overcome this situation, is this the toughest time for a fresher to get a decent job ?

Make a good website where you showcase your projects. I’ve hired two more people in this year as devs all freshers. They both had websites to showcase what they do + were good at being friends + also are good people.

The best way to get a entry level job is to become friends with the CTO/ founder.

There isn’t much to it other than this
