Being from a service based company and a tier 3 college. How can I get my resume shortlisted in product based companies. I have tried applying on linkedin but I always get the standard rejection email within few days. I have 8 years of total experience with frontend tech like angular, react.

Don't directly apply, talk to people there.

Ping recruiters or senior folks [ like managers / directors] directly
