How to grow in product management

Hi I have done my BTech (Tier 1) and MBA (Tier 2). I have 4 years of digital marketing and 2 years of product management experience, Current I work as a Product Owner in a service based company. My fixed compensation is 19 LPA.

How should I go about now in my career to scale up the learning as well as the CTC?
