Why do you want to switch? Why should we hire you? Why do you ask for so much hike? Where do you see yourself in next 3 4 years?

These are ones which are still sane, but you'll get a lot of dumb ones as well

Why do you want to change?

What are your answers, if you are switching after 2-3 years, just for monetary reasons which is/are acceptable to HRs. Currently working as a Java backend developer with latest tech.
